PRICING POLICY
All prices are discounted off the Manufacturer's List price, some as much as 60%. For all merchandise, Seller reserves the right to adjust prices due to errors or changing market conditions. Advertisements, Catalogs and on-line services are prepared in advance and doesn't allow for fluctuations of market prices.Unless otherwise stated, the items listed for sale are OEM and may not be accompanied by manuals, cables, rebates, mounting hardware, etc.

RETURNS POLICY
All merchandise may only be returned within twenty (20) calendar days from the time the shipment leaves PC Progress.

Software is not returnable under any circumstances.

Prior to returning any item, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ) number. No return of any type will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

All RMA numbers must appear on your return-shipping label. RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) calendar days from the date it was issued. Packages without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box or expired will be refused or returned to sender at the consumers risk and expense.

All shipping and insurance charges on all RMA 's must be prepaid by the customer (NO COD'S WILL BE ACCEPTED).

All returns for credit or exchange must be done within twenty (20) days of the invoice date.

All returns for store credit or refund may include a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee of the original purchase price or $9 restocking fee, whichever restocking fee is greater. If the current market price is lower than the original price, the store credit or refund may include a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee of the current market price or $9 restocking fee, whichever restocking fee is greater.

All cross ship exchanges must be received by us within 5 business days of issuance of the RMA number and are subject to a non-refundable "5%" cross ship fee. Otherwise, the store credit or refund may include a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee of the original purchase price or $9 restocking fee, whichever restocking fee is greater. If the current market price is lower than the original price, the store credit or refund may include a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee of the current market price or $9 restocking fee, whichever restocking fee is greater.

Shipping and handling costs will be reassessed for non-defective replacements.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

We must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of any item that is missing or physically damaged in your shipment.

Defective Merchandise will be repaired or replaced at Seller's discretion.

If you wish to have our tech department pre-test your exchange you shall be subject to a $10 per item test fee.

All special order sales are final!

All returns for store credit or refund must be in resalable condition and be free of physical damage, include original packing material, manuals and all other accessories, if any, provided upon original delivery. Any non-resalable or physically damaged products will be sent back to you at your expense. Some items require re-packing or replacement boxes and may be subject to a fee of up to $50.

PC Progress makes no warranty or guarantee of compatibility of any type, implied or otherwise, on all items purchased.

Any extra courier charges resulting from an incomplete or inaccurate address will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

We must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of any item that is missing or physically damaged in your shipment.

All assembled systems are subject to our return policies, once the assembly of the system has commenced. In addition, there will be no refund of the system assembly fees.

All will call exchanges and refunds will be handled per our normal returns policies. We can not issue any refunds or credits toward the purchase of another item at the will call window.

Please allow an additional 24 hours for any on-line orders. All shipments for on-line orders are for delivery during the Monday thru Friday business week. There is no option on the shopping cart for Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery. If any shipment is required for delivery on a non-business week day, please phone in your order. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any orders that include a backordered item will be shipped once all items are in stock unless a request for shipment of all-in-stock items is made (additional charges may apply) please call for details. We ship to all 50 states, and Puerto Rico. Outside of Puerto Rico we do not handle any other international orders. Any duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL RMA s
All merchandise returned must be enclosed in a box that meets all construction requirements of applicable freight classification! Packages received in any other type of container will be refused and will be returned to you at your expense. This includes but is not limited to items received packaged in an envelope.

All merchandise must be in a static proof bag and have at least 1 inch of protection surrounding it on all sides. Products damaged through neglect due to improper packaging or in shipment (this includes merchandise that was received and assumed defective by the customer), will void the warranty and will be returned to you non-repaired at your expense.

Computer components are sensitive instruments. To protect merchandise from shock, you will need to use a cushioning material. Foam is the best cushioning material and should be used on all sides of the merchandise inside the corrugated carton. To ensure the merchandise does not move inside the corrugated carton, make sure that you have secured the merchandise snugly with the same amount of cushioning on all sides due to the fact the carton could be dropped on any side during shipping. Seal the corrugated carton firmly using adhesive backed tape. Make sure all carton edges are sealed also to prevent any tearing. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects ethe trms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at the time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchase are being purchased for the purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country.
